3 Occasions

I first stayed at this hotel in 2006 when refurbishment was still going ahead for the night before and night of my wedding. My family from Australia, London and Sheffield all stayed with me, in fact I think we took over. The rooms were all beautiful and clean. The staff at the hotel could not do enough for all of us and even put on a private wedding breakfast for my family, husband and I, with all little touches added like flowers on the table and so on.

We returned again for my sons christening in 2008 and not only did family stay there, they let us have the christening party there and provided a beautiful buffet which made it all round extra special.

December 2013 I had a problem with my house and had to stay in a hotel while repairs were going ahead, I knew straight away where I would be most comfortable and would be like home from home. My stay lasted into the new year and again everything and everyone were just amazing. The breakfast is one not to miss everything is made fresh to order whatever you would like. Nothing was to much trouble, they did anything to help, even my laundry. Thank you to all at Mansfield Lodge x

I chose this hotel as it was near to where I was working & had read good reviews of this place – I was not dissapointed.
The hotel was lovely, nice & clean with friendly people running it, who were very attentive.
The room price included breakfast – which was excellent, with a good choice.
The food was lovely – home cooked & made fresh to order. It arrived quickly, nice & hot. There was a good selection on the set evening menu that was very reasonably priced. The room was large & had them extra touches e.g toiletries in the bathroom.
I will be recommending this hotel & will most definatley stay here again. Excellent

Mansfield lodge

Excellent stay, family run business, food was fab and lots of choice! Best cooked breakfast I have ever had in a hotel! Towels were changed every day and the hotel was spotless

I travel to Mansfield once or twice a year and always stay at the Mansfield Lodge Hotel. It’s rooms are clean and well priced and the family that run it are very friendly and helpful. The full English Breakfast is also heavily recommended.

Excellent Stay

Very enjoyable stay on Tuesday 13th March. Room comfortable, free wifi a bonus ( although it wouldn’t work on the Tuesday morning ) and good breakfast. Staff very friendly. I will certainly use the Lodge again

My choice of hotel in Mansfield

I have stayed at Mansfield Lodge twice. On each occasion I was made very welcome by the staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable and warm.The evening meals were tasty.I expect I will book to stay there again.
